Elsa is the Founder of Red Dot Foundation and Safecity, a platform that documents sexual harassment and abuse in public spaces. She leads the organisation's strategic vision, business development, and public relations.
Under her guidance, Safecity has become the largest crowd map on the issue in India and 17 other countries.
Holly Kearl is a globally recognized expert on ending gender-based violence and serves as Director, Advocacy and Campaigns at Red Dot Foundation Global. She brings over a decade of experience leading research, advocacy, and global movements to make public spaces safer and more inclusive.
Holly is the founder of Stop Street Harassment, where she helped shape the global conversation on harassment through data, storytelling, and community engagement. She is also the author of Stop Street Harassment: Making Public Places Safe and Welcoming for Women and 50 Studies Every Activist Should Know, widely used by advocates, researchers, and policymakers.
She leads International Anti-Street Harassment Week, a global campaign mobilizing communities across countries to take action through education, art, and advocacy. At RDFG, Holly is focused on strengthening advocacy strategies, amplifying survivor voices, and building global campaigns that translate data into action and policy change.
Ashwini is a Food and Nutrition graduate with a career in aviation for over 15 years. In 2012, she moved from Aviation to the social sector. She has been involved with Red Dot Foundation since its founding in separate roles including HR, training, conducting workshops, and organizing events.
As Director of the Safecity Alliance, Ashwini handles strategy, partnerships, and global scaling of the Alliance.
Gillian D'Souza Nazareth is an Economics and Sociology graduate, with a master's in marketing. In 2015 she transitioned from a career in commercial airline management to Social Protection and Development.
As the past vice-chairperson of the NGO Committee on Social Development, she works on expanding advocacy in the virtual space, as a way to educate and energize people to rally the cause of social protections. As current treasurer of the NGO Committee on the Status of Women, she oversees the financial management of the co-convener of the largest in-person women's advocacy gathering in the world.
Elizabeth Fernandes works on leading programs while supporting outreach and communications for Red Dot Foundation Global. She is currently pursuing a Dual Master's Degree in Public Policy and Administration with Sciences Po and the London School of Economics.
Elizabeth gained experience at the United Nations Women Headquarters, where she contributed to developing policies and procedures that strengthen institutional impact. Her interests lie in building inclusive policies and designing programs that create meaningful and sustainable social change.
Vaibhavi Rani is a lawyer, specializing in gender justice advocacy and policy reform. She has led impactful projects with the Red Dot Foundation, the U.S. Embassy, and Maybelline's Brave Together campaign, impacting thousands through community-driven interventions. Vaibhavi has also contributed to global forums, including the United Nations Habitat, and is passionate about using evidence-based approaches to drive systemic change.
Akanksha Rasal is a Lead Data Analyst with expertise in data strategy, research, and technology for social impact. At Red Dot Foundation Global, she supports initiatives to combat gender-based violence and promote gender equality through comprehensive data management, analysis, and visualization.
In her current role, Akanksha leverages data-driven insights to strengthen programs like SafeCity, guide stakeholder engagement, and inform global campaigns and research that advance safer, more inclusive public spaces.
Ravi Rajput looks after the technology at Red Dot Foundation Global, making sure the Safecity app, website, and other systems run smoothly and securely. He works on improving the way the platforms look and feel, keeps them safe for users, and helps the team use technology in ways that make their work stronger.
By supporting data systems and digital tools, Ravi ensures the organisation can share stories, run campaigns, and create safer spaces for everyone.
Jayashankari is a Data Analyst – Systems and Insights at Red Dot Foundation Global, driven by a passion for using data to create meaningful social impact. She supports RDFG and Safecity by managing internal and program dashboards, strengthening data systems, and contributing to the design of data collection forms and reporting tools.
She transforms data into actionable insights that advance gender equality and safer public spaces. With an impact-focused approach, she combines analytical expertise with a deep commitment to inclusion and social justice, helping to inform decisions, strengthen programs, and amplify underrepresented voices.

Lauren Anderson, a geopolitical and international security expert and consultant, is committed to working with women leaders and youth globally to reduce conflict, advocate for social justice, and address economic disparities. She is one of the first women on an FBI SWAT team and the first woman to lead the FBI's office in Paris, France.
A Global Ambassador with Vital Voices since 2013, Anderson coaches women in the MENA region and is a mentor and speaker with the U.S. State Department and Fortune's Most Powerful Women. She is the Global Board Chair for the Red Dot Foundation/Safecity and sits on the Board of Project Liberation. She is an advisor to the U.S. Comptroller General at the Government Accountability Office, on the Advisory Board of the BD Foundation in India, and for the documentary film, The Uncondemned.
Anderson was the first and only FBI recipient of Legal Momentum's Public Sector Award and the first FBI agent selected as an International Women's Forum Leadership Foundation Fellow. In 2015, she was honored with Muhlenberg College's prestigious Alumni Achievement Award.
Sally builds and manages Algorhythm's internal and external relationships to ensure that their work together is meaningful and efficient. Sally has specialized in program, grants management and capacity building for nearly 15 years.
An expert in corporate community involvement and utilization of evaluation data to improve and implement program design, her strengths lie in making strategy and learnings practical and feasible on the ground. She collaborated on the initial development and implementation of the Core Capacity Assessment Tool and managed numerous multi-faceted evaluation and grants management engagements as Director of Program/Grants Management and Capacity Building at TCC Group. She has worked with clients such as Wells Fargo/Wachovia, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's New Jersey Health Initiatives, Feeding America, and Youth, I.N.C.
Sally graduated from the Wharton Lauder MBA-MA program at the University of Pennsylvania and began her career as an ESL teacher in Japan.
With more than 20 years of experience in tax accounting, Jenny Venza is a CPA and trusted advisor to business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and private enterprises. She is the founder of Jenny C. Venza CPA LLC and serves as Of Counsel at Durbin Bennett Tax Advisors, Inc. in Austin, Texas.
Earlier in her career, Jenny spent over 15 years with Deloitte Tax LLP, where she worked as a Senior Tax Manager and later as a subject expert in Tax Learning and Development. She led large-scale tax compliance projects for partnerships, corporations, REITs, and nonprofits, and designed training programs for tax professionals in both the United States and India. Her expertise includes partnership taxation, advising high-net-worth individuals, and complex real estate structures.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Simon Draper is a founder, venture builder, board advisor, and investor passionate about creating innovative solutions that make a positive difference in the world. He has co-founded and led multiple successful startups, including Hastee Pay, a pioneering earnings-on-demand platform, and Resolutions MSP.
Simon is currently the founder of Monspire, a fintech company dedicated to inspiring people to achieve their financial goals. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, he serves as an advisor and investor in several social impact initiatives, such as Safecity and HR DataHub, a data-driven tool for advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Leveraging his expertise in customer relationship management, business value creation, and strategy, Simon supports these organizations in scaling and driving sustainable growth.
Andrea Adams is a skilled professional with extensive business and industry experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Capella University, a J.D. from Loyola Law School, and an M.B.A. from UCLA.
Andrea has already committed to working with Red Dot Foundation by participating in the group's revision of its privacy and terms of condition policies for its website and mobile applications. Her research and publication interests include mobile application privacy protection, including Red Dot's Safecity's mobile application and its informed consent protections.
Colleen Cook is a nonprofit strategist and President of Vinyl Marketing, where she leads data-driven, full-funnel fundraising programs that blend digital acquisition, disciplined analytics, and compelling creative. Her teams have contributed to hundreds of millions of dollars raised in the past five years.
A frequent speaker and teacher, she has led the charge in applying modern digital marketing principles to fundraising and philanthropy, presenting at CASE, Americans for the Arts, NTEN, as well as numerous national fundraising and nonprofit conferences. She holds degrees from Ashland University and Shenandoah University. As lead strategist for Red Dot Foundation's Daughters of Tomorrow campaign, and as a mother of three daughters, she is deeply committed to building safer communities for women and girls.
Kiera is the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager at 1% for the Planet, where she leads the development and execution of high-level global partnerships to further the organization's mission and movement. Since joining in 2021, she has helped scale the organization's global network.
Previously, Kiera led the award-winning sustainability strategy at 4 Pines Brewing Company in Sydney, Australia, and consulted with businesses of all sizes on sustainability. Earlier in her career, she focused on girls' education, women's empowerment, and political engagement.
With a master's in public policy and administration and international experience from Jordan to India to California, Kiera brings a global perspective to her work.
