Director and CEO

Andrea Adams is a skilled professional with extensive business and industry experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, a J.D. from Loyola Law School, and an M.B.A. from UCLA. Andrea has already committed to working with Red Dot Foundation by participating in the group's revision of its privacy and terms of condition policies for its website and mobile applications. Her research and publication interests include mobile application privacy protection, including Red Dot's Safecity's mobile application and its informed consent protections.

Tech and Data Product Manager

Camila Gomide is a Product Manager specializing in Technology and Data, a Project Strategist, and an advocate for gender equality and social impact. At Red Dot Foundation Global (RDFG), she leads initiatives to combat gender-based violence in 17 countries through data collection and analysis. In her current role, Camila uses data-driven insights to promote safer cities through the SafeCity app and leads Climate and Gender research in Brazil to understand the impact of the climate crisis on the security of girls and women.

Programs and Outreach Officer

Louise Cardoso works on local and virtual projects to combat gender-based violence. Currently studying International Economic Relations, she aims to pursue a career in activism and advocacy, striving to ensure a more equitable world for minorities. Louise's experience as a Black woman inspired her to study human rights and led her to work with Red Dot Foundation Global in implementing the Safecity app, which geographically maps cases of gender-based violence to create safer cities.

Policy and Stakeholder Manager

Vaibhavi Rani is a lawyer, specializing in gender justice advocacy and policy reform. She has led impactful projects with the Red Dot Foundation, the U.S. Embassy, and Maybelline’s Brave Together campaign, impacting thousands through community-driven interventions. Vaibhavi has also contributed to global forums, including the United Nations Habitat, and is passionate about using evidence-based approaches to drive systemic change.

Director Partnerships & Liaison at the United Nations

Gillian D’Souza Nazareth is an Economics and Sociology graduate, with a master's in marketing. In 2015 she transitioned from a career in commercial airline management to Social protection and Development.  

As the past vice-chairperson of the NGO Committee on Social Development, ishe works on expanding advocacy in the virtual space, as a way to educate and energize people to rally the cause of social protections. As current treasurer of the NGO Committee on the Status of Women she over sees the financial management of the co-convener of the largest in person  women's advocacy gathering in the world.

In her role as co-chair of the UN Engagement working group, she networks and advocates with member states of the United Nations and UN entities.  

In addition, Gillian is currently pursuing dual certification in Sustainable Development and Mindfulness. She is an amateur gardener and a trained classical Indian (Bharatnatyam) dancer, Gillian's preferred pronouns are she/her/hers.

Board Director (Chair)

Lauren Anderson, a geopolitical and international security expert and consultant, is committed to working with women leaders and youth globally to reduce conflict, advocate for social justice, and address economic disparities. She is one of the first women on an FBI SWAT team and the first woman to lead the FBI’s office in Paris, France. A Global Ambassador with Vital Voices since 2013, Anderson coaches women in the MENA region in Vital Voices’ VV Grow program and is a mentor and speaker with the U.S. State Department and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women. She is the Global Board Chair for the Red Dot Foundation/Safecity and sits on the Board of Project Liberation. Anderson is an advisor to the U.S. Comptroller General at the Government Accountability Office, on the Advisory Board of the BD Foundation in India, and for the documentary film, The Uncondemned. She is a former Director with the International Women’s Forum New York Chapter. Anderson was the first and only FBI recipient of Legal Momentum’s Public Sector Award. She was the first FBI agent selected as an International Women’s Forum Leadership Foundation Fellow and, in 2015, she was honored with Muhlenberg College’s prestigious Alumni Achievement Award. Anderson has served as a Judge for the Stevie Awards.

Board Director (Vice Chair and Treasurer)

Sally builds and manages Algorhythm’s internal and external relationships to ensure that their work together is meaningful and efficient. Sally has specialized in program, grants management and capacity building for nearly 15 years. An expert in corporate community involvement and utilization of evaluation data to improve and implement program design, her strengths lie in making strategy and learnings practical and feasible on the ground. She collaborated with Pete in the initial development and implementation of the Core Capacity Assessment Tool and managed numerous multi-faceted evaluation and grants management engagements during her tenure as Director of Program/Grants Management and Capacity Building at TCC Group. She has worked with clients such as Wells Fargo/Wachovia, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s New Jersey Health Initiatives, Feeding America, and Youth, I.N.C. Sally graduated from the Wharton Lauder MBA-MA program at the University of Pennsylvania and began her career as an ESL teacher in Japan
